Looking to try something new or you just enjoy working out in a fun outdoor atmosphere, the Outdoor Fitness classes are a great workout. Certified instructors teach these popular classes and all fitness levels are welcome.
Free Outdoor Fitness - Newtown Park

Mondays, yoga at 6 p.m.
Tuesdays, H.I.I.T. at 9 a.m.
Wednesdays, barre at 10:15 a.m.
Wednesdays, Zumba at 6 p.m.
Thursdays, Fitness 108 Strength Training, 10:30 a.m.
Saturdays, Cardio Strength at 8:45 a.m.
All classes are one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to sign the class waiver.

You may print and sign waiver
and bring it with you to the class; waivers will also be available at class check-in.
All participants must bring their own exercise mat for yoga and bar-less barre. Please bring a water bottle.
Yoga moves at a slower pace, improving flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and stress management through stretches, poses, and relaxation techniques.
A fun, 45 min full-body workout that infuses high-energy music with low-impact movement, resistance training, and stretching to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve your posture and flexibility. Yoga mat required.
shake, move, sweat and let it all out! No experience necessary. All are welcome!
This FUN, bodyweight intensive class will leave you feeling strong, accomplished and sweaty by incorporating full body exercises to build strength, stability and mobility. A methodical group session designed by world class instructors to empower and please function and aesthetics. All levels are welcomed.

F45 is a life-changing, relationship-driven fitness community centered around fun, strategic, and functional 45-minute circuit style HIIT workouts that lead our members accomplish their health goals. We have the wearable tech to keep you motivated and new workouts every time to keep you engaged. F45 changes lives by motivating our members to crush their goals and continually challenge themselves while building community with fun, like-minded individuals.
