Zumba/Dance Fitness is a popular fitness program that combines Latin music with easy to follow dance moves for an effective and exhilarating calorie-burning workout!

Bar-less Barre, a ballet-inspired exercise, infuses high energy music with a fun, low-impact, full body workout with the use of light weights and isometric movement followed by stretching sequences to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.

*No Zumba/Dance Fitness in July and August due to high heat and high energy workout.
