Johns Creek Recreation & Parks offers Clubhouse Fitness classes to help you get in shape, stay energized and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
All classes are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at Newtown Park and are taught by certified instructors. All fitness levels are welcome! (Must be age 16 or older at the time of the class)

Yoga can improve flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and help in stress management. Stretches, poses, and relaxation will be taught.
This popular fitness program combines Latin music with easy-to-follow dance moves for an effective and exhilarating calorie-burning workout!
This is a full body workout that involves 20 minutes of intense cardio, followed by 40 minutes of resistance training to sculpt the lower body, chest, back, arms and core.
HIIT Circuit Training
HIIT is a form of interval training that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while building lean muscle strength.
