December 13, 2022

Residents who are interested in serving on City boards, commissions, and committees can nominate themselves for board positions. Board members must reside within the city limits and must be able to attend two-thirds of the meetings within a calendar year.  Residents with the time, ability, and desire to actively participate on these boards are asked to please apply online

Information on the following boards and committees can be found on the city website:

The deadline is Jan. 1 to be considered for Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Recreation & Parks Advisory Committee and Oct. 1 for Johns Creek Vitality Advisory Committee. Anyone after the deadlines pass will be considered for vacancies as they arise. Applications expire one year from submittal.

Applicants can apply for more than one board and the application process is approximately 60-90 days. Board/Committee members may be absent for no more than two meetings.
