Save the date for the first “Movie at Newtown” set for
Friday, June 11 and will feature the Disney hit, “
Onward.” Onward (PG) is set in a suburban fantasy world and introduces two teenage elf brothers who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left out there.
The movie event will feature the food truck
Mercedes Benz Stadium and
Kona Ice for a sweet treat.
The movies are FREE. Event begins at 7:30 p.m. for those looking to save a spot, and the movie starts at sunset (approximately 8:30 p.m.). This event is rain or shine! In the case of rain, attendees are welcome to bring umbrellas. No pop-up tents, please. If we experience lightning or severe weather, we may delay the start of the movie or evacuate if necessary.
Please note: Dogs are
NOT allowed at the event (with the exception of service animals).
Entrance is prohibited if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have any flu-like symptoms, been in contact with a COVID-19 patient or person suspected to have COVID-19. Hand sanitizer stations will be available around the event.
