Chatcomm 911 holds hiring event Feb. 2

Chatcomm 911Chatcomm 911, the City’s 911 authority, is holding a hiring event on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 8 a.m. to noon at 859 Mount Vernon Highway, Suite 400, in Sandy Springs.

No experience is necessary for the 911 Telecommunicator position, which answers emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatches the appropriate police and fire units. Minimum requirements include having a high school diploma or G.E.D. and being at least 18 years old.

Those interested should be prepared to take a non-experience skills test during the hiring event.
