The City of Johns Creek and Emory Johns Creek Hospital are encouraging Johns Creek residents to take a step toward better health with
Walk with a Doc (WWAD), a health program that brings doctors and patients together to walk beginning on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. at Newtown Park at the
Veterans Memorial Walk.
The walks will continue on the second Saturday of each month.
Every walk will feature a different health topic; each selected to provide information and the opportunity for walkers to ask questions one-on-one with the participating physician. The November walk will be hosted by Dr. Adedapo Odetoyinbo, from
Emory Johns Creek Hospital. Dr. Odetoyinbo is a Hospitalist and specializes in Internal Medicine.
WWAD is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well being of the country.
