Summer is here to stay and you can stay fit by working up a sweat at one of the upcoming Clubhouse Fitness summer sessions.
Adding exercise to your routine provides a wide variety of health benefits, including increased energy, focus, and better overall physical health. This session, beginning the week of July 9, offers Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Zumba classes for beginners to experts.
Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for seven or eight weeks beginning the week of July 9 through the week of August 27 (Sat. classes are 7 weeks). The eight-week session is $50 for residents and $75 for non-residents and the seven-week session is $44 for residents and $66 for non-residents.
Registration begins June 1 and ends June 29.

• Tuesday 10:30am – 20/20/20: Cardio, Strength & Core/Stretch
BARRE:
• Saturday 10:30am – BarreBody
PILATES:
• Friday 10:30am – Mat Pilates
NOTE: Prior to the July/ August session, all classes off June 25 – July 8 (Lego Camp conducted in Clubhouse & July 4th week). Alas, no classes on Sept. 1 (Labor Day weekend).
All sessions are taught by certified instructors and are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at Newtown Park at 3115 Old Alabama Rd. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
