Fall is a great time to add exercise to your routine ahead of the winter holidays. So, sign up today for upcoming Clubhouse Fitness sessions!
Adding exercise to your routine provides a wide variety of health benefits, including increased energy, focus, and better overall physical health. This session, beginning the week of Oct. 29, offers Yoga, Zumba, and more for beginners to experts.
Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for six weeks beginning the week of Oct. 29 through the week of Dec. 10. The six-week session is $38 for residents and $57 for non-residents.
Registration begins Oct. 1 and ends Oct. 19.

YOGA:
• Monday 6:15 p.m. – Monday Movement Yoga
• Thursday 6:15 p.m. - Slow, Flow & Stretch Yoga
• Friday 8:15 a.m. – Friday Fitness Flow Yoga
ZUMBA & MORE:
• Monday 11:30 a.m. – Zumba
• Monday 5:15 p.m. – Zumba
• Tuesday 10:30 a.m. – 20/20/20: Cardio, Strength & Core/Stretch
• Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – Zumba
NOTE: No classes the week of Nov. 19 – 25 (Thanksgiving Break)
POST SESSION: Christmas/New Year’s break Dec. 17, 2018 – Jan 6, 2019
All sessions are taught by certified instructors and are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at Newtown Park at 3115 Old Alabama Rd. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
