The City of Johns Creek is excited to welcome artist
Shawn Mullins to the stage at Newtown Park on Friday, June 23! Shawn is an Atlanta native, singer-songwriter who specializes in folk rock, instrumental rock, adult alternative, and Americana music.
Shawn is a Grammy nominee and author of the 90’s chart topping hits, ‘Lullaby,’ ‘Beautiful Wreck’, and ‘Shimmer’. Shimmer was used on the popular show Dawson’s Creek, as well as to advertise the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He also co-wrote Zac Brown’s #1 hit, ‘Toes’.
Mullins current album ‘My Stupid Heart’ is his ninth studio album. Coming off a promotional tour of music festival performances, Mullins is wrapping up his US tour that included stops in Atlanta, New York, Tampa and Washington, DC, and now we are lucky to have him perform in Johns Creek!
Concerts are FREE, gates open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. with opening act,
The Brian Collins Band.

Patty Wagon will be on-site and
King of Pops will sell their sweet frozen treats.
