Rogers Bridge Public Information Meeting set for March 28

March 02, 2017

There will be a Public Information Meeting for the Rogers Bridge Project at Johns Creek City Hall on Tuesday, March 28 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at City Hall 12000 Findley Road, Johns Creek.  This meeting is an open house forum,  which means no formal presentation will be given.  However, staff from Johns Creek and Duluth, as well as the design consultants, will be present to answer questions and gather feedback from interested participants.    We encourage you to drop by any time between those hours to look at concepts for the bridge, ask questions of the design team, and offer your input.
Rogers Bridge is an important link between Gwinnett and Fulton Counties.  It will connect the cities of Duluth and Johns Creek park facilities and will restore connectivity for cyclists and pedestrians.  This project is being completed in partnership with the City of Duluth, Gwinnett County, and Fulton County.  With parkland on both sides of the bridge, the cities and the counties are excited to restore this connection and offer a regional bike/pedestrian access to both sides of the Chattahoochee River.
The City of Duluth will  also be hosting a Public Information Open House in the Community Room of the Duluth City Hall located at 3167 Main Street, Duluth 30097 on Thursday, March 30, 2017, from 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
