Kick-off 2018 by registering for one of our Clubhouse Fitness Classes! Adding exercise to your routine provides a wide variety of health benefits, including increased energy, focus, and better overall physical health.
This session, beginning the week of Jan. 8, offers Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Pilates, and 20/20/20 classes.
Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for six or eight weeks beginning the week of Jan. 8, through the week of Feb. 26. The Monday classes run for six-weeks due to Martin Luther King Day and Presidents Day.
The six-week session costs $38 for residents and $57 for non-residents. The eight-week session costs $50 for residents and $75 for non-residents.
Registration begins Dec. 1 and ends Jan. 2.

Yoga:
• Monday 6:15 p.m. – Monday Movement Yoga
• Thursday 6:15 p.m. - Slow, Flow & Stretch Yoga
• Friday 8:15 a.m. – Friday Fitness Flow Yoga
Zumba & More:
• Monday 11:30 a.m. – Zumba
• Monday 5:15 p.m. – Zumba
• Tuesday 10:30 a.m. – 20/20/20
• Saturday 9:30 a.m. – Zumba
Barre:
• Wednesday 10:30 a.m. – Barre
• Saturday 11 a.m. – Barre
Pilates:
• Tuesday 9 a.m. – Pilates w/ Props
All sessions are taught by certified instructors and are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at
Newtown Park, 3115 Old Alabama Rd. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
