Fire up the architect or engineer inside your youngsters by giving them tens of thousands of LEGOs during the five-day LEGO Camps. This year, there are three camps, the first running from June 12 – 16, July 17-21, and July 24-28.
Registration ends one week prior to the start of camp. Registration for camp begins May 1.
Under the direction of Play-Well TEKnologies staff, the half-day camp targets youngsters 5-12 years old. The camps are designed to spark creativity and the exploration of basic engineering principles. Kids can build engineer-designed projects, such as boats, bridges, mazes and motorized cars.
The camp for kids 5-7 years old runs from 9 a.m. to noon, while camp for kids 7-12 runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Camp size is 11 to 24 children. Fees are $150 for Johns Creek residents, and $225 for non-residents.
