Johns Creek Recreation & Parks offers Clubhouse Fitness classes to help you get in shape, stay energized and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
All classes are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at Newtown Park and are taught by certified instructors. All fitness levels are welcome! (Must be age 16 or older at the time of the class)

Using dance-inspired conditioning, LeBarre combines balance, agility and resistance in a full-body workout like no other! No muscle group will go untouched.
Pilates can help support correct posture, build flexibility and muscle strength, along with improving coordination and balance.
Yoga can improve flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and help in stress management. Stretches, poses, and relaxation will be taught.
This popular fitness program combines Latin music with easy-to-follow dance moves for an effective and exhilarating calorie-burning workout!
