Johns Creek's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a multi-year plan that assesses the City's capital facility needs against its overall goals and objectives.
The CIP contains projects budgeted in the current fiscal year, as well as projects in subsequent years for which funding may be obtained and authorized.
Since early 2007, shortly after the City's incorporation, the City has steadily developed and implemented CIP projects in two main areas:
City Amenities & Parks Projects
City amenities and park projects consist of improvements to parks, sidewalks and public spaces.
