Share your Johns Creek memories for mural project

March 10, 2018

Have you had a memorable experience on the banks of the Chattahoochee River? Do you have great memories of time well spent at a City park?

If so, the Johns Creek Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) and Urban Catalyst Lab want to hear your memories in those locations.

The CVB and Urban Catalyst Lab are working to incorporate these stories depicted as a mural inside the pedestrian tunnel under Medlock Bridge Road (Ga. 141).

Two artists, William Massey and Hanif Kureshi, will work with residents to create this mural in April. The artists will use the stories to shape the designs of the mural.

How to participate:

Write a one sentence, one-page story about a memorable experience:
  • In the Medlock Bridge Road (Ga. 141) tunnel
  • On or along the banks of the Chattahoochee River in Johns Creek
  • In any City of Johns Creek park
Email your story to courtney@urbancatalyst.org
