Classes include outdoor Zumba, Yoga, and Barre, and NEWLY ADDED Tai Chi!

Zumba is a popular fitness program that combines Latin music with easy to follow dance moves for an effective and exhilarating calorie-burning workout!

Yoga moves at a slower pace, improving flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and stress management through stretches, poses, and relaxation techniques.

The Bar-less Barre classes at Autrey Mill are ballet inspired exercises that use light weights and small isometric movements to build muscle, improve posture, balance, and flexibility.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.
