City receives Gold MarCom Award for The Wall That Heals video

November 06, 2017

The City of Johns Creek has received a 2017 MarCom Award for its recap video of “The Wall That Heals” exhibition in Johns Creek.

“The Wall That Heals,” a 250-foot replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and mobile education center, visited Johns Creek in Spring 2017.

Connor McFadden, the City’s video production manager, produced the Gold MarCom Award-winning video, which highlights the exhibit’s visit to Newtown Park. The Gold Award recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials and programs.

MarCom is sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professional (AMCP), an international organization consisting of several thousand creative professionals.
