Johns Creek 'egg-static' about Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt March 20

March 01, 2016

Special Needs Egg HuntThe Johns Creek Easter Egg Hunt is an egg-stravaganza of fun for special needs individuals and their families at Newtown Park on March 20, from 1 p.m.  – 2 p.m. with the hunt starting promptly at 1 p.m.  Egg hunters and their families should plan to arrive early.

The Easter Egg Hunt is designed for individuals with special needs, of all ages and abilities, and their families. Our special guests will enjoy a fun spring afternoon with games, activities, an egg hunt and a special visit from the Easter Bunny!

The city's Recreation and Parks Division sponsors the FREE event at the Park Place event lawn at Newtown Park featuring 1,000+ eggs, most of which are filled with candy and toys.

Post-hunt activities include food, games, and photos with the Easter Bunny. Egg hunters should bring their own baskets, and parents should bring their own cameras.
