Do you want to learn more about pending zoning cases or have questions about installing a fence? Get answers to your questions during the City of Johns Creek's "Planner After Hours," a monthly program designed as a planning and zoning resource for residents and businesses.
Johns Creek Community Development Department staff will be available to the public on the third Tuesday of every month from 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on the third floor at City Hall (Taylor Farms Conference Room). The first "Planner After Hours" will be Tuesday, Jan. 20.
"The City of Johns Creek is always looking for ways to improve service delivery for our citizens," said Justin Kirouac, interim director of Community Development. "Hopefully, the 'Planner After Hours' program will allow greater citizen interaction with the Community Development department and open up additional lines of communication for those that cannot travel to city hall during normal business hours."
All active zoning case files will be available for perusal and the forum can be used for everything from discussions on pending zoning cases to questions about permitting. This time period, however, is not designed to have active debate and is not a substitute for community zoning meetings.
