• Pot holes, downed trees, dead animals, flooding, sink-holes, ice patches, etc. in the roadway
  To report any of these issues, call the Call Center at 678-512-3200 (available 24 hours/7days a week), email or fill out our online Service Request form. Your request will be forwarded immediately to the Public Works staff.

• Traffic signal lights/signs
  To report a malfunctioning traffic signal or a downed traffic sign, call the Call Center at 678-512-3200 (available 24 hours/7days a week) or email . Your request will be forwarded immediately to the Public Works staff.

• Water & Sewer
  Water and sewer services are maintained by and provided to Johns Creek residents and businesses by Fulton County Water Services. To report a water problem, contact Fulton County at 770-640-3040. To report a sewer problem, contact Fulton County at 404-612-3061 (press 1 for emergency after hours).

• Residential street lighting
  Streetlights (not traffic signal lights) within Johns Creek are maintained by your utility company. If you're a Sawnee EMC customer, call 770-887-2363 or use the online form at Sawnee EMC.

  If you're a Georgia Power customer, call 1-888-891-0938, or use the online form at Georgia Power.

  However, if the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction or in a timely manner, use the following online Service Request form to report it to the City. We will contact your utility company and track resolution of the problem.
