2010 Annual Reporting

The Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan Performance Report identifies how the city utilized 2010 CDBG federal funds* to develop viable communities by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and opportunities to expand economic opportunities, principally for low to moderate income persons.

Citizen input regarding the use of federal funds received annually from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is vital. The following calendar has been established for the receipt of public comment for inclusion in the CAPER.

All comments received will be presented in reports to Council. Public comment is welcome and should be submitted to .

A copy of all documents is available in the City Clerk's office at Johns Creek City Hall. They may also be viewed at NE Spruill Oaks Library (9560 Spruill Road) and Robert E. Fulton Library at Ocee (5090 Abbotts Bridge Road).

* CDBG Program began July 1, 2010 and ended June 30, 2011. The CDBG entitlement funds for 2010 were $190,182.
