Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center occupies the east side of City Hall on the 4th floor of 12000 Findley Road. It is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on regular work days. (See the City Hall Holidays calendar for those days on which City offices are closed.)
The service area is divided into two counters – Community Development on the left and Revenue on the right – where customer service representatives are ready to assist you with the City services you need.
