The following offenses within the City of Johns Creek cannot be paid online – they require a Municipal Court appearance to resolve:
Aggressive driving
All city ordinances
All persons under the age of 21 (ages 17-20 are
encouraged
to bring a parent to court)
Attempt to elude an officer
Furnishing alcohol to a minor
Possession of alcohol by a minor
Disorderly Conduct
DUI
Hit & Run
Limited Driving Permit violation
Marijuana less than 1oz.
No insurance
No license
Passing a loading/unloading school bus
Racing
Reckless driving
Shoplifting
Speeding 30 mph or above
Suspended registration
Suspended license
