Online Services
For convenience, Johns Creek offers a number of online options or e-services to assist in conducting business with the City anytime. Look for more e-services in the coming months as we continue to find ways to make it easier for you to do business with the City.
Call Center
The Johns Creek Call Center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week with customer service representatives ready to help with non-emergency City service matters. The Call Center responds to email at or phone calls to 678-512-3200.
Forms
The Forms page provides a linked list of all City forms on this site (both PDF/printable and ones that can be completed and submitted online), grouped by subject.
Check out both the City and Police services that can be requested online.
Maps
Both live Google and static (PDF) maps are provided. Live maps include city facilities, amenities, public schools and recreation, with labeled aerial close-ups for park features. Static maps include the street network, subdivisions, historic and area maps, detailed trail/recreation, traffice/transportation and zoning/development maps.
Online Service Centers
Online service centers are available for Building Permits (status and inspections), Code Enforcement (case status), Land Development (permit status), P2C: Police-to-Citizen (file/get a police report), and RES-Quik Permits (re-siding and roof replacement permits).
Tickets can be paid online using Pay Code Citation and Pay Traffic Ticket.
