Beat the Nov. 2 rush and vote early or absentee

Vote Early

Residents can vote early if they want to beat the lines at polling places for the General Election on Nov. 2.

City Council Post 5 is the only Johns Creek race on the ballot. Five people have qualified to fill the seat vacated by Council member Liz Hausmann, who resigned to run for Fulton County commissioner.

From Sept. 20 to Oct. 16, voters can cast ballots from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at:

  • Fulton County Government Center, 141 Pryor St. Suite 4064, Atlanta, 30303
  • North Fulton Annex, 7741 Roswell Road NE, Suite 234, Sandy Springs, 30328.

From Oct. 18 through Oct. 29, voters also can cast ballots at:

  • Ocee Library, 5090 Abbotts Bridge Road, Johns Creek, 30005
  • Roswell Regional Library, 115 Norcross St., Roswell, 30076

Oct. 29 is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot. No reason is required to request an absentee ballot. The application is available on both the Fulton County Registration & Elections and the Georgia Secretary of State websites. Or, you can obtain an application in person at:
