City is looking to fall with softball, festival and movie

Johns Creek is gearing up for autumn with the Fall Family Festival, formation of adult co-ed softball teams, and Movies in the Park all in the works.

Registration for the softball teams is set to close Friday, Aug. 27, so grab your friends (and hopefully a ringer or two) and sign up as a team. Read more Flyer Rules Team Registration Team Roster

The final film for the City's Movies in the Park is... drumroll please... "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." The tale of a middle-school boy surrounded by morons, bullies and other schoolyard tribulations is set for dusk at Newtown Park on Sept. 4.

The 2010 Family Fall Festival is set for Sept. 11, but vendor spots are still available, and performers and volunteers are welcome. So jump in and help make this event the best ever! Read more Flyer.
