Pack a picnic and bring a cushion for Johns Creek Movies in the Park, Part II, now playing at a park near you.
The three-movie series at Newtown Park starts Saturday, June 5, at dusk with "Alvin and the Chipmunks 2, the Squeakquel" being shown on an inflatable screen.
Pre-show activities, including an inflatable moonwalk and giant slide, face-painting, give-aways, entertainment, food and drinks, start at 7 p.m. The events are being sponsored by Northside Hospital Forsyth and Southern Outdoor Cinema.
The second movie, "Percy Jackson and the Olympians," will be shown Saturday, July 10th at Newtown Park.
The third film will be announced at a later date. Stay tuned.
