Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra performs free concert June 12

Enjoy the dulcet sounds of the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra in a picnic setting at the free Music in the Park concert at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 12, at Newtown Park.
Led by Conductor Wayne Baughman, the music includes songs from the Beatles, Phantom of the Opera, James Bond films, as well as patriotic songs. Prizes will be awarded for the "Most Beautiful Picnic," "Best Georgia-Themed Picnic," and "Best Musical Themed Picnic."
Food is available at 4 p.m. The event is free. No alcohol please. Newtown Park is located at 3150 Old Alabama Road.
