McGinnis widening project

The Georgia Department of Transportation's McGinnis Ferry Road widening project continues on into its 2nd year of work of a 3-year scheduled project. According to Melany Reynolds, GDOT public affairs project manager, the project has experienced some environmental and utility clearance issues during the past year that have resulted in unforeseen delays.
"As GDOT and contractors work to resolve these issues, we are committed to keeping you updated with future project developments," Reynolds said.
