A lesson on civics

On Wednesday, May 28, approximately 80 Boy Scouts, Troop leaders and parents gathered in the City's Municipal Court for a lesson on civics presented by City Manager John Kachmar, Municipal Judge Don Schaefer, Clerk of Courts Tony Day and Sgt. Debbie Kalish of the Johns Creek Police Department.
The presentation — to help fulfill citizenship merit badges requirements — included a discussion of Constitutional rights, responsibilities as United States citizens and a Q & A session.
