Council seats up for re-election
Qualifying to be held August 27-31

City Council Posts 2, 4 and 6 are up for re-election this November. Individuals interested in running must be residents of Johns Creek and must go through the qualification procedures:
Qualifying will be held Monday, August 27 through Friday, August 31 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm at Johns Creek City Hall, 12000 Findley Road, 4th Floor, Johns Creek, GA 30097. The qualifying fee for a City Council seat is $450.
Individuals interested in running must be 21 years of age, a resident of the territory for 12 months immediately preceding the election and continue to reside in the city during their period of service. In addition, the person must be registered and qualified to vote in municipal elections of this city.
To be eligible to vote in the November election, residents must register by October 9. Registration forms are available at City Hall and also online at Fulton County's website.
