Public Notice: City of Johns Creek Qualifying Fees

The qualifying fee for a City council seat is $450.00 which is 3% of the total gross salary of the preceding calendar year. In compliance with House Bill 1321, the City of Johns Creek will be holding elections for Council Seats for Posts 2, 4 and 6 in 2007.
The qualifying dates for the November 2007 General Election will be Monday, August 27 thru Friday, August 31, and the hours for qualifying will be from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm until 4:30pm (GA Election Code 21-2-132). Qualifying will be held at the Johns Creek City Hall Offices located at 12000 Findley Drive, Suite 400, Johns Creek, GA 30097.
October 9, 2007 is the last day a citizen may register and be eligible to vote in the Municipal General Election and/or Runoff. Voter Registration forms are available at City Hall.
