Free Spring Egg Hunt set for March 16 at Newtown Park
Event designed for ages 1-10, includes moonwalk, face painting, Spring Bunny
JOHNS CREEK, Georgia—February 27, 2008—Children ages 1-10 and their parents will want to hippty-hop down to Newtown Park on Sunday, March 16 for the City of Johns Creek Spring Egg Hunt.
Sponsored by the city's Recreation and Parks Division, the free hunt will feature thousands of filled eggs "hidden" for children to find, with special prize eggs available for all age groups. Participants are asked to bring their own basket to collect their eggs.
"Pre-hunt" activities, including a moonwalk, face painting and a chance to meet and have your photo taken with the Spring Bunny, begin at 12:30 pm, with the hunt itself starting at 1:30 pm sharp. Don't forget your camera!
