Johns Creek "scoops" for Make-a-Wish Foundation
April 17 benefit at local Ben & Jerry's

JOHNS CREEK, Georgia—April 15, 2007—All Johns Creek families and businesses are invited to visit the new Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop at Johns Creek Walk on Tuesday, April 17, Noon – 8 pm, for a free scoop of their favorite ice cream served up by their Mayor and City Council Members.

As it has for several years, Ben & Jerry's will donate the ice cream at no charge in support of The Children's Make-a-Wish Foundation. In exchange for the free scoop, recipients are asked to make a small donation to the non-profit, which grants wishes for terminally ill children.

Representatives from the Foundation will be on hand to accept donations in support of their work for children here in North Fulton and around the world.

The shops at Johns Creek Walk are located on Medlock Bridge Road at Bell Road, just north of Abbotts Bridge Road.
