September 24, 2007: Update to Mayor and City Council at Council Meeting; contracts for the Comprehensive Plan, Transportation Plan and Green Plan to be awarded.
September 26, 2007: Kick-off meeting; the project management team, City officials and subcommittees meet to establish the process, protocol, and time line for completion of the project.

February 26, 2008: Comprehensive Plan workshops begin, linking all the master plans and producing a land-use policy document.
