In Johns Creek call 911 for both emergencies & non-emergencies to dispatch police or fire to your home or business. There is no separate, non-emergency dispatch number.

The city's 911 Emergency Communications Center handles both emergency and non-emergency dispatch calls for our public safety responders.

By calling 678-512-3200 or emailing you can reach a highly-trained customer service representative who will answer your question or send your request, complaint or compliment directly to the appropriate City official or staff member.

The City Call Center assists with City government and service calls such as:

  • road damage/potholes and sidewalk repair;
  • maintenance of park/city facilities;
  • right-of-way, street lights, traffic signs/signals;
  • stormwater, drainage and erosion problems;
  • dead animals;
  • litter and other non-emergency matters;
