Recreation & Parks Advisory Committee

Purpose:  This committee serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on:

  • Matters of policy and administration for the city owned parks,
  • Recreation programs operated in these parks,
  • Related investigations and reports referred by Council, and
  • Related recommendations on policies and proposed ordinances which the Committee deems important.

The City Council is not legally required to act upon the Committee's recommendations.

Meeting Schedule

The Recreation & Parks Advisory Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 12000 Findley Road, Suite 300, Johns Creek, GA 30097.
