Give weight, stress the boot; enlist in Johns Creek fitness camp
3 sessions a day, 3 days a week at Newtown Park June 15-July 10

You don't have to join the military to benefit from the boot camp experience, just enlist in the City of Johns Creek Recreation and Parks' version, a great way to lose weight, reduce stress, increase energy, build confidence and make new friends.
The boot camp, directed by X5 Sports Lab, is designed for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities. Three 55-minute sessions are offered three times a week. Sessions take place at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June 15 through July 10 at Newtown Park, 3150 Old Alabama Road.
Fitness expert, competitive athlete and X5 owner Darrell L. Watkins has more than 12 years of experience helping people obtain their fitness goals. He is certified by the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research in Physical Fitness, Bio-Mechanics and Advanced Bio-Mechanics in Strength Training, as well as an IDEA Master member, member of the NFICA and Georgia High School Association and Sport First Aid Certified.
Watkins' training experience includes three years working with the NFL's Denver Broncos and nine years experience in weight loss, nutritional supplements and collegiate athletic training. Other clients include NFL players Terrell Fletcher of the San Diego Chargers and Bernard Whittington of the Indianapolis Colts, and DreamWorks singer Tamar Braxton.
