Contracts & Agreements
Johns Creek engages in intergovernmental agreements with other government entities in Georgia to provide certain services (911 Emergency, animal control, water/sewer) to its citizens.
The City has an outsourced agreement with the private firm CH2M Hill to provide the majority of the operating services for the City, excluding police and fire.
Franchise agreements between the City and area utility companies serving Johns Creek citizens outline the companies' right-of-way access along City streets and the subsequent franchise fees for that access.
Various third party contracts for other service elements are also enacted as needed.
